Our Mission

Fallobst is a small food business in Bridgetown in the Southern Forest region of Western Australia. Working in the hospitality industry as well as on farms over the years, I've seen so much wonderful fruit and veg go to waste that I wanted to raise awareness about food waste in the world. I do this by sharing the concept of no-waste cooking and preserving. Working closely with farmers and growers from the area, our mission is to  showcase the potential of second- grade fruit and veg and reducing food waste by providing interesting and delicious products.
